Job Description
Job Purpose
Under the direction of the Fulfillment Manager, the Fulfillment Coordinator will ensure end-to-end order management i.e., receiving, tracking, managing, and fulfilling orders.
Duties and responsibilities
Analyze production schedules/inventory/critical due dates to ensure order fulfillment.
Data entry of key information to our plant software.
Prioritize items delivery to reflect sales teams request or shipping/ logistics schedule.
Inform sales & logistics team of order completion by monitoring live packing software.
Match produced inventory to live packing orders within the ERP system.
Scan inventory items for errors made during packing to ensure freshest fruit is shipped first.
Ensure the packing plant has the correct information to fulfill orders for customer.
Ensure all inventory is accounted for and sold in a timely manner.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Must be highly organized and detailed orientated.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to learn quickly and follow instructions.
Ability to work for extended periods of time in a focused, safe, and professional manner.
Must be a flexible team player who works well in a busy and fast paced environment.
Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite, ERP and Email Management Systems.
Prior use of Famous Software is considered an asset however not required.
Working conditions
Our working environment is extremely challenging over a short period of time. Applicants should be aware that this is a farming environment and days off may be limited during our growing and packing season. Applicants should be aware that:
Work hours are generally at least 50+ hours per week, weekend work will be required.
Applicants must be available from mid-June until early September.

Compensation: $19-21 per hour, depending on experience
