Job Purpose
• Design and develop Workflow in UNICA
• Execute Marketing Campaigns based on Customer Life Cycle management (CLCM) and Real-time / Contextual triggers
Key Accountabilities
• Fully responsible for Day to day Campaign Operations
• Execute Campaigns on Time
• Zero Error in customer selection
• Interact with Key Campaign Owners for Waterfall and QC
Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Understand the Campaign requirements
• Pre-Campaign analysis for Opportunity sizing
• Execute Campaigns as per Calendar across channels on time
• QC for Campaign Lists created
• Create Monthly Campaign Data-mart for Released Lists across channels
• Deliver regular campaigns KPIs reports
Education / Preferred Qualifications
Graduate / Post Graduate
Core Competencies
Hands on experience in IBM UNICA Opportunity Detection
Good MS Excel skills
Team player
A positive, enthusiastic, committed and ‘can do’ approach
Technical Experience and Competencies
At least 1 to 2 Years Hands on experience
Good Technical Skills – Tera Data, SAS
Hands on Experience in Excel
