Position Description:

The Chiropractic Assistant performs chiropractic modalities as prescribed by, and under the supervision of, the Doctor of Chiropractic. This position requires skills in performing therapeutic modalities such as heat packs, cold packs, ultrasound, electrostimulation, cold laser, and traction. The Chiropractic Assistant must be organized, approachable, friendly, and able to multitask, working with multiple patients at a time. This is an onsite clinical support position, with occasional travel in between clinic locations as necessary, and no remote work option.

Position Duties:

Escorts patients to the therapy room
Administers Chiropractic Modalities under the Chiropractors’ directive
Follows appropriate clinical protocols
Administers modalities for which the Chiropractic Assistant has been properly trained and screened
Document therapies completed for the Doctor of Chiropractic
Other duties as assigned
