Karma Candy Front Receptionist

The following duties include:
Answering incoming phone calls and redirecting them or taking messages
Greeting and welcoming guests
Preparing outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, parcels etc.
Receive letters, packages etc. and distributing them
Check, sort and forward emails
Inputting data- production paperwork
Monitoring and ordering office supplies
Keep updated records and files
Requirements:

Proven experience as front desk representative or relevant position
Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
Proficient in English (oral and written)
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
Strong communication and people skills
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Problem-solving skills
Customer service orientation
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
