Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Supervisor at Concept Hospitality in Ahmedabad. The Front Office Supervisor will be responsible for supervising front office staff, handling receptionist duties, providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and maintaining effective communication within the team.

Qualifications
• Supervisory Skills: Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
• Receptionist Duties: Experience in front desk operations and guest services
• Customer Service: Strong focus on delivering exceptional service to guests
• Reservations: Proficient in managing hotel reservations and booking systems
• Effective Communication: Clear and professional communication skills
