Job Title: Front Office Manager Company: Toshina Haveli - A Heritage stay Location: Bani Park, Jaipur, Rajasthan Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience) About Us Toshina Haveli is a heritage-style boutique hotel located in Bani Park, Jaipur, with 14 rooms, restaurant facilities, parking, and open garden space. We are looking for a responsible and experienced hotel professional who can independently manage front office operations, guest handling, and day-to-day coordination of the property. Job Summary We are hiring a Front Office Manager who can take charge of daily hotel operations during shift hours and reduce the owner’s operational load. The candidate should be confident in handling guests, managing reservations, coordinating with housekeeping and kitchen staff, and solving daily hotel issues without constant supervision. Key Responsibilities Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and room allotments smoothly Manage daily front office operations and ensure proper guest service Handle OTA bookings and reservations from platforms such as MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Goibibo, etc. Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and support staff for smooth room readiness and guest service Handle guest complaints and provide practical solutions in a professional manner Maintain front office records, daily reports, billing, and cash handling Ensure proper communication between departments and smooth shift handovers Monitor room status, occupancy, and booking updates Maintain service standards, discipline, and professional conduct among staff Support in improving guest experience, repeat business, and online reviews Be available to handle day-to-day hotel issues responsibly during duty hours Requirements Minimum 0-1 years of hotel experience in front office, duty management, or hotel operations Experience in a hotel, hotel front office, or hospitality operations preferred Good knowledge of reservations, OTA handling, guest service, and hotel coordination Basic knowledge of billing, check-in/check-out process, and cash handling Ability to handle guests calmly and professionally Strong communication skills in Hindi and basic English Responsible, practical, and able to work independently Candidate based in Jaipur Preferred Skills Experience with hotel PMS / channel manager / OTA extranets Ability to manage a shift without constant supervision Good coordination with housekeeping and operations staff Strong problem-solving attitude and guest-first approach What We Need We are not looking for a candidate who only sits at the desk. We need someone reliable who can actually handle the hotel during duty hours, solve operational issues, manage guests properly, and take responsibility for smooth day-to-day functioning.
