Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage outward and inward registers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, including booking meeting rooms and arranging necessary equipment or refreshments.
- Handle incoming calls, screen and direct calls to appropriate personnel, and take messages when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Assist in general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Provide support to other departments as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,802.++ per month
