About Us: KA Preschool is a leading early childhood education center dedicated to nurturing young minds and providing a safe and stimulating environment for children. We are looking for a Front Office Executive to be the friendly face of our preschool and provide exceptional service to our parents and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet parents and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Answer inquiries and provide information about our preschool programs.
• Manage phone calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate staff members.
• Maintain a tidy and organized front office area.
• Assist with enrollment and registration processes.
• Handle administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Create a positive and inclusive atmosphere for children and parents.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
• Previous experience in a customer service or front office role is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Friendly and approachable personality.
• Patience and a passion for working with young children and parents.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
