Job Title: Front Office Operation/Billing Staff
Locations: Pune (Maharashtra) Kannur (Kerala) Mangaluru (Karnataka)
Salary Range: 13,500 INR to 30,000 INR per month (Salary may vary based on experience and qualifications)
Job Summary: As a Front Office Operation/Billing Staff member at our premier American authentic burger restaurant, you are a pivotal team member responsible for ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience. You will handle billing, reservations, and engage with guests, providing top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Warmly greet and assist guests, handling reservations, and providing information about the restaurant.
• Efficiently manage the billing and payment process for dining guests, ensuring accuracy in all transactions and providing receipts.
• Professionally resolve guest inquiries and concerns in a prompt manner.
• Maintain a pristine and organized front office area.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen and service staff to ensure an efficient and smooth operation.
• Keep accurate records of reservations and offer seating guidance to guests.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards in all aspects of front office operations.
Qualifications:
• Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field is mandatory.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• High grooming standards.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle a variety of customer inquiries.
• Basic computer knowledge, particularly for billing and reservation software.
• Must be willing to work in shifts.
• Knowledge of billing and reservation systems is advantageous.
