We are looking for a Front Office cum Operation Manager to take ownership of delivering exceptional guest experience of an 38 keys institution property in heart of Panaji-Goa

Description:
▪︎ Manage team of Front Desk Executive
▪︎ Managing Day to Day operation of the front desk, reservation and concierge desk
▪︎ Coaching front office team to deliver exceptional guest experience with brand standards in mind
▪︎ Inventory management on OTA
▪︎ Engaging with guest to build personal relationship
▪︎ Helping to prepare budget and finding new ways to drive revenue from walk in and up selling to guest
▪︎ Implementating SOP set by the Managing Committee of institution
▪︎ Able to engage with members of the institution while dealing with their guests
▪︎ Co-ordinate and take reports from housekeeping supervisor with setting of duty roster
▪︎ Work closing with managment in marketing the property and meeting potential corporates for business tie-up.

What we need from you
▪︎ 12th Std / Bachelors Degree / B.B.A in Hospitality
▪︎ MIN 3 years of experience as Front Office Supervisor
