Front Office Manager (Senior Role)
Experiece: 2 Years for managerial Role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing front office team (scheduling, hiring, evaluations)
• Setting service standards and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Budgeting and reporting (revenue, occupancy, expenses)
• Coordinating with all department heads (housekeeping, F&B, etc.)
• Handling VIP guests and high-level complaint resolution
• Skills Needed:
• Strong managerial and leadership skills
• Financial and operational planning
• In-depth knowledge of hotel management systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Candidates from Goa are Prefered
