Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Manager at Hotel The Royal Plaza New Delhi. The Front Office Manager will be responsible for office administration, ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent customer service, managing front office operations, and effective communication with guests and staff.
Qualifications
• Office Administration and Front Office Management skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service expertise
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in managing front office operations
• Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
