Job Description:
Manage the front desk and Its operations
Attend incoming and outgoing calls and transfer Calls to Various departments.
Keep a record of daily visitors and help in coordination of ID and other visitor cards.
Manage distribution of documents, If any, received from visitors.
To take care of any other tasks as and when given related to managing the front office.
Desire Profile: Very good English speaking skills is mandatory. The person must be very presentable and friendly,with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must have ability to work with others. Must be organized, and able to work well under pressure. Multitasking ability will be an added advantage The person must have excellent basic computer related skills to do the job.
