Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Operations and Control Activities:
• Ensure accurate Patient Data Entry
• Ensure accurate invoicing, collections and deposits
• Support in operations of the business unit, including inventory
• Adherence to all Company Policies /Procedures and Directives
• Accurate and meticulous Record Management
• Accurate Patient Appointment Diary Management

Administrative Activities:
• Facilities Management
• Front Office Management
• Attend to correspondence (voice / electronic / mail)
• Recording and maintenance of Travel Expense Reimbursements
• Co-ordination of travels arrangements o Local vendor management, including purchases
• Petty Cash Management

MIS:
• Accurate and timely Sales and Finance Reports

Competencies & Skills:
• Proficient in MS Office, specifically MS Excel
• Be an advocate for individual and business customers
• Able to accept responsibility and manage pressure
• Should be friendly and mature individual
• Good communicator & strong interpersonal skills o Honest and Ethical
