Front Office Executive (Receptionist)
Job Description
Greet patients and visitors warmly.
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the appointment calendar.
Assist patients with check-in and check-out procedures.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain and update patient records and information.
Collect payments, co-pays, and issue receipts.
Manage correspondence, including emails and mail.
Coordination:
Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
Communicate with patients regarding appointment changes or delays.
Skills and Qualifications:
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to interact courteously with patients, families, and medical staff.
Organizational Skills:
Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient records and scheduling.
Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers).
Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other medical software.
Customer Service:
Patient, empathetic, and friendly demeanor.
Problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
Professionalism:
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
Dependability and punctuality.
Educational Requirements:
PUC or Any Graduation
