Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Duty Manager at Ginger Hotels in Candolim. The Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily front office operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing office administration tasks, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Office Administration and Front Office skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service experience
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
