Full job description
Vendor Management: Looking after all the vendors like: Travel agent, Mobile Operator, Internet provider, Printer machine, Courier, Advertisement, Printing.
Attendance Preparation: Preparation of monthly attendance of all staff members based at corporate office and send it to Head office.
Petty Cash Maintenance: Perform general bookkeeping duties.
Recruitment: Looking after end to end recruitment process at corporate office for different open positions. Conduct first round of interview telephonic and if found suitable then call them for face to face interview.
Joining formalities: Looking after complete joining formalities of new joiner, verification of the documents.
Exit formalities: No-dues forms to be duly filled by the employee and send the form to the Head office.
File Management: Keeping record of all the personnel files.
Checking of all TA/DA Bills of corporate office staff.
Welcome clients and visitors to the office and assist them as needed.
Handling HR activities in corporate office. Handling back office activities.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
