Front Office Associate Male
Job Description
• Receiving and managing reservations made online and telephonically.
• Verifying guests' payment methods during check-in.
• Assigning rooms to guests and informing them of any specials offered.
• Registers guests and manages the rooming chart.
• Organizing transport services for guests at their request.
• Providing guests with information about the property & Up sell additional facilities.
• Maintains security and telecommunications system.
• Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
Essential Skills:
• Proficient in English (speaking and writing)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Problem-solving skills
• Knowledge f office management and basic bookkeeping
Qualification & Experience:
• Degree or Diploma in Hotel management & Travel and Tourism management.
• Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role.
• Experience with hotel reservations software’s will be an advantage.
