Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Associate located in North Goa. The Front Office Associate will be responsible for receptionist duties such as check-ins, answering phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, and communicating with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Prior experience in customer service and/or receptionist duties
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in using WinHms software relevant to the role
• High school / diploma or equivalent, a degree in hospitality or related field is a plus.
• Minimum two years experience in the similar job role will be prefer.
