Job Brief:
As a Front Desk Associate, the individual will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. This position serves as the first point of contact for guests, responsible for managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and providing comprehensive information about hotel facilities and services. The successful candidate will leverage excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation to create a welcoming environment that ensures guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and efficiently manage the check-in and check-out process
• Handle reservations and room assignments accurately, ensuring optimal guest accommodation
• Operate the telephone switchboard, answer, record, and process guest calls, requests, and inquiries promptly
• Collaborate with Housekeeping to track room status and address any guest concerns
• File and maintain guest paperwork and documentation with attention to detail
• Actively engage with guests to assess overall satisfaction and address any complaints or issuespromptly
• Keep the manager informed of relevant feedback from guests and other departments to enhance service quality
• Qualifications:
• Hospitality graduate or diploma
• 0-1 years of experience or fresh graduate from the hospitality industry
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills
• Willingness to work pan India (flexible)
