Job Overview
We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and hardworking team member to join our fast-paced restaurant team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, provides excellent customer service, and can multitask in a busy environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
Take accurate food and beverage orders.
Operate the Clover POS system to process payments.
Deliver food to customers promptly and accurately.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
Restock supplies and keep workstations organized.
Maintain a clean and sanitary dining room and front counter area.
Assist with general cleaning duties throughout each shift.
Communicate effectively with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth operations.
Manage time efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality service.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills for handling transactions.
Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
Previous restaurant or cashier experience is a plus but not required.
Must be available to work weekends, including all day Sunday
Flexible schedule required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
