Full job description
Join our Prince Albert #BrewCrew - the place where Top Talent wants to be! We’re looking for Full-Time Front of House Supervisors who are passionate about creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Your Purpose: Your role as Front of House Supervisor is to lead all Front of House operations. You are responsible to ensure a smooth, efficient, and welcoming experience for all guests.

Ensure all guests receive exceptional service from the moment they enter until they leave
Manage stressful situations such as busy service times and unexpected issues with composure and follow through
Communicate with back of house regarding orders, special requests, and timing for smooth flow of service
Provide new and ongoing training to team members on service standards, menu knowledge, conflict resolution
Become an expert in all menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, and wine pairings
Promote a supportive work environment that fosters teamwork, boosts morale, and values recognition
Create a warm atmosphere, and ensure dining area is clean, comfortable, and inviting
What do you need?
A passion for people and fun, and be 1++ years of age with one year service experience
A strong focus on guest relations, ensuring that every guest has a pleasant and memorable dining experience
A passion for driving sales while being social
A zest for details such as lighting, temperature, music, and cleanliness
The ability to convey information to team members and customers politely, professionally and efficiently
The ability to think on your feet and make decisions swiftly especially in high pressure situations
The ability to obtain Serve It Right and FoodWise Certifications
The ability to fulfil physical job requirements
