Front of House Staff

Overview:

We are seeking dedicated and customer-oriented Front of house staff to join our team. As a team member you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all guests. This position is ideal for individuals with a background in the food industry, hospitality, or catering.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitiude

- Assist customers with their purchases and provide product recommendations

- Handle financial transactions accurately

- Maintain a clean and organized work space

- Answer customer inquiries and address any concerns or complaints

- Adhere to food safety guidelines and maintain proper sanitation practices

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred

- Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus

- Familiarity with restaurant, hospitality, catering, bartending, is beneficial

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Excellent problem-solving abilities

- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
