Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, hardworking and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service in a fast paced environment while ensuring a positive dining experience. This role requires a passion for food and hospitality, along with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
Ensure all food safety and handling regulations are followed, maintaining high standards of sanitation.
Serve food and drinks to guests promptly, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the meal.
Suggest menu items to enhance the dining experience
Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
Collaborate with manager to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns.
Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout the shift.
Skills
Open wine table side
proper table maitnence
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and food service protocols.
Excellent guest service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments.
Experience with cash handling procedures is preferred.
Proficiency in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.
Ability to suggest menu items confidently while providing recommendations based on guest preferences.
