Job Title: Guest Services Officer

We are seeking a bright and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team at Ocean Beach Tourist Park in beautiful Miami, QLD.

About the Role:

Deliver exceptional service to guests face-to-face and over the phone
Assist with administrative and cleaning tasks
Your Skills and Experience:

Fantastic customer service skills
Professional and personable telephone manner
Experience with computerised booking systems and good computer skills
Willingness to learn and apply our systems and processes
Experience handling cash and EFTPOS transactions
Flexible attitude to hours, including availability on weekends and at short notice
Essential Requirements:

First Aid Level 2
CPR certification
National Police Check clearance upon onboarding
Working with Children's Check NSW or equivalent
Desirable Qualifications:

RMS ++ (Online Reservation System) or similar guest reservation system
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
