Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for a Front Desk Sales and Guest Relation Executive. Daily responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests, managing reception areas, handling phone inquiries, and maintaining a warm and professional environment. The role also involves supporting sales initiatives, ensuring excellent customer service, and addressing guest needs effectively.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and managing front desk responsibilities
• Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively address guest inquiries and concerns
• Proficiency in Computer Literacy, including basic usage of office software and tools
• Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently and maintain professionalism at all times
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in hospitality or sales are a plus
