Urgently looking for a Front Desk Sales executive for a reputed international GYM.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN WALK-IN CLIENT/MEMBER HANDLING

There will be monthly sales target.

Locations:- New Alipore and Salt Lake

Salary - 10000 to 18000 + incentives

Exp - Min 6 months in Sales

Age - Maximum 33 years

Job Responsibilities:-

1. Greet properly and answer client enquires properly as per protocol over call or in person.

2. Ensure cleanliness of the reception area and the gym to maintain the brand value of the organization.

3. Assist clients with any payment related enquires or cancellation or renewal of membership of the gym

4. Manage grievances of the clients.

5. Promote Gym membership plans as per training provided to increase the number of valuable clients.

6. Meet monthly sales targets as assigned by the management.

7. Taking necessary steps to solve client grievances, if any.

8. Collection of payments and other necessary administrative tasks as required.

+. Coordination with other team members and departments to ensure smooth running of the operations.

Requirements

1. Must have a pleasing personality.

2. Must have great communication skills in English, Bengali & Hindi.

3. Must be confident.

4. Must have a go getter attitude.

5. Must be able to work under pressure and achieve monthly targets.

6. Must be a graduate
