Location: Chakala (Andheri – Kurla Rd, Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400093 )
Job Type: Full-time

Job Overview -

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and customer-oriented Assistant Business Development Executive & Front Desk Representative to support Business development, and front-office operations.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a friendly personality, and ensuring a positive front-desk experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities -

Greeting and welcoming guests and providing them with a positive first impression of the organization
Directing guests and answering their questions
Notifying other workers of visitor arrival
Maintaining security and telecommunications systems
Keeping office secure by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges
Complying with procedures, rules, and regulations on keeping a safe and clean reception area
Documenting and communicating various actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
Contributing to the team by accomplishing tasks as needed
Answering the telephone; taking and relaying messages; providing information to callers
Providing administrative and clerical support
Preparing letters and documents
Receiving and sorting mail and packages
Scheduling appointments and maintaining appointment calendar
Scheduling Meetings .
Business Development & Marketing Support
Respond to and follow up on leads via Instagram, WhatsApp, calls, and emails.
Support the marketing team in implementing business development strategies.
Assist in organizing events such as workshops, exhibitions
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
