Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a welcoming and smooth experience from the moment they enter the clinic. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer incoming telephone calls, address inquiries, and direct calls as appropriate.
Schedule appointments and ensure timely follow-up on all bookings.
Assist patients in completing necessary forms and documentation.
Maintain a clean, calm, and organized reception area.
Skills & Experience Required:

Proven customer service experience in the medical industry (3 years preferred).
Experience as an Administrative Assistant or Receptionist (3 years preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Job Type:

Full-time
Pay:

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
