and vendors. Answering and assisting with incoming telephone calls, with polished
telephone etiquette and door. Additional administrative assignments.
This position requires an energetic and customer service driven professional that
will focus on delivering top-notch service.
Attention to detail, superb organizational skills, a positive attitude, strong work
ethic, and excellent written and verbal skills are required.
Candidates must be extremely reliable and dependable, organized and detail
oriented.
Additionally, the candidate must have exceptional follow-through and can work in a
fast-paced environment, be highly motivated, possess exceptional computer skills,
as well as written/verbal communication skills, business writing, and proofreading
skills. The ability to multitask under pressure is a must.
This candidate will be responsible for organizing and maintaining the office lobby,
conference rooms and kitchen.
Process mail including mail outs, some filing.
Experience in Real Estate, working in a Title office, Bank, or Mortgage company a plus.
