NineHertz India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a welcoming front desk representative to handle all receptionists and clerical duties at our front desk. You are the company's "face" to all visitors, and responsible for our first impression. The ideal candidate has a friendly, crafted demeanour while also being sharp and disciplined. It is important that you can handle complaints and provide reliable information. It is also critical to take a customer-centric approach. The goal is to make our guests and visitors feel welcome and appreciated while they are on our property.

Responsibilities

Greeting clients/visitors and setting a positive office atmosphere
Answering the phone, taking messages and redirecting calls to respective verticals
Organizing, maintaining files - records and updating them when necessary
Preparing recordkeeping of outgoing items such as envelopes or packages.
Operating office equipment such as photocopier and printers
Book-keeping and issuing HR - Admin related documents.
Visitor record management, HR subordination,
Performing inventory management of office supplies and order of need
Education and professional qualifications

Any bachelors degree will work, hospitality experience will be preferred,
1+ years of front desk experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of computer software, such as MS Office spreadsheets and presentation tools
