Job Summary
The Front Desk Executive cum Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing professional and friendly service to clients, guests, and employees. They are responsible for a range of front-desk duties, including greeting guests, answering phone calls, managing mail, and supporting administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Management
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
Administrative Support
Maintain and manage the reception area, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
Receive and sort incoming mail and packages.
Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms.
Assist in organizing company events or meetings as needed.
Needs to book flights and hotels for the guests.
Communication
Serve as the first point of contact for the company, representing the brand in a positive manner.
Respond to general inquiries via email or phone.
Data Management
Keep accurate records of visitors by updating logs or sign-in sheets.
Maintain office records, directories, and internal contact lists.
General Office Support
Order and maintain inventory of office supplies.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as filing, data entry, and scheduling.
Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree preferred.
Experience: Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role preferred.
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Positive and friendly demeanor, with a customer service mind set.
Other Requirements:
Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and punctuality.
