We are 18 yr old group of company working in more than top 20 industries on Pan India basis, we are working in Banking & Microfinance Finance, FMCG, Insurance, Pharma, Retail, Real estate, Agriculture etc. with the fore of 2+00 employees in ore than 750 branches over India.

Work Experience & Qualification:-
- min 6 month-1 Yr in Front Office / Admin OR FRESHER
- Bachelors Degree
Job Profile:-
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office & Direct them appropriate person and office.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook).
- Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquette and maintaining records for them and direct calls to the concerned person / extension.
Key Skills:- MS Excel & Office, Pleasant Personality & Voice with Confidence.
