About the Role:
Aniheal Clinical Centre is looking for a warm, organized, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for pet owners and their pets. The ideal candidate should have a genuine love for animals and prior experience in the pet industry.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Greet and assist pet owners at the front desk in a courteous and professional manner.
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments for consultations, procedures, and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate patient (pet) records and update the clinic management system.
Handle incoming calls, messages, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate staff members.
Coordinate with veterinarians and support staff to manage daily patient flow.
Prepare invoices, collect payments, and maintain basic billing records.
Manage front-desk supply inventory and coordinate restocking when required.
Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
Assist with administrative tasks as assigned by clinic management.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or above.
Prior experience in the pet industry is mandatory (veterinary clinic, pet store, pet grooming, boarding facility, or similar).
Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office, email, and scheduling software.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English.
Pleasant personality with genuine comfort around animals.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a rapid-paced clinical workplace.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
