Front Desk Receptionist (Part-Time)

Burnaby, BC (Metrotown)
We're looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to be part of a modern multidisciplinary healthcare and Aesthetic clinic.
Schedule
• Saturdays (required)
• Weekday and friday evenings (preferred)
• Vacation and sick-day coverage
• Additional shifts as available
Responsibilities
• Welcome patients and visitors
• Answer phones, emails, and messages
• Schedule appointments using Jane App
• Process payments and invoices
• Assist with patient intake and check-out
• Keep the reception area organized and professional
• Support practitioners and help ensure the clinic runs smoothly
• Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks
We're Looking For Someone Who Is
• Friendly and professional
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
• Confident using computers and learning new software
• Reliable and punctual
• Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
Assets (Not Required)
• Previous medical or dental reception experience
• Customer service or retail experience
• Experience with Jane App
• Aesthetics experience (facials, skincare, sugaring, laser, etc.)
• Japanese language skills
