Eazzy Consulting LLC is a growing financial consulting firm that helps small and mid-sized businesses access capital and financing solutions. Through our network of lenders, banks, and funding partners, we assist businesses with working capital, expansion financing, and strategic funding solutions.
As our organization continues to grow, we are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office.
Job Summary
The Front Desk Receptionist plays an important role in creating a professional first impression for clients and visitors. This role is responsible for managing the reception area, assisting with administrative tasks, and supporting the operations and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Client Support
Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Schedule appointments and manage meeting calendars
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Administrative Support
Assist with document scanning, filing, and data entry
Help prepare basic paperwork and client files
Coordinate with operations team for client processing
Manage incoming and outgoing mail
Office Coordination
Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed
Assist staff with administrative requests
Support daily office operations
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Docs, email)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
Compensation
Hourly Pay: $18 – $22 per hour (based on experience)
