We are looking for a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at our location in C-Scheme. Whether you’re joining a hotel, clinic, or office environment, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and

Key Responsibilities
• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
• Handle check-ins/check-outs (for hotel), patient or client registrations (for clinic), or office visitors (for office setting)
• Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are in place
• Schedule appointments and meetings, and manage calendars for the office/clinic/hotel staff
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Maintain records and assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office supplies management
• Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy and escalate to appropriate departments when necessary
• Ensure the front desk operates smoothly and according to company policies
• Keep up-to-date with company services, offerings, and policies to provide accurate information to guests and clients

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in office administration, hospitality, or health services is a plus
• Previous experience in a front desk or customer-facing role (hotel, clinic, or office) preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment (telephone, fax, printer)
