Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Front Desk Receptionist for our Hotel Unity to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a smooth check-in/check-out experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle guest inquiries promptly.
Maintain guest records and process reservations efficiently.
Handle payments, billing, and cash/credit transactions accurately.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth guest service.
Assist guests with information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and travel arrangements.
professionally resolve guest complaints and issues.
Maintain a neat and welcoming front desk area at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (Hotel Management preferred).
Good communication skills in English and local language.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, hotel management software).
Pleasant personality, positive attitude, and problem-solving skills.
Prior experience in hospitality is an advantage, but freshers may also apply.
