We’re Hiring: Part-Time Receptionist
Rockwater is looking for a friendly, reliable part-time receptionist to join our team.
Position Details:
20–25 hours per week
Daytime weekday hours
$18–$23 per hour, based on experience
Applicants must be available to begin employment by August 1st
The ideal candidate is someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting and assisting clients in a warm, professional manner
Coordinating schedules and managing appointments
Following up and communicating with clients
Supporting the day-to-day operations of the clinic
Learning our treatments, services, and skincare products to confidently answer questions and guide clients
Recommending and suggesting appropriate treatments and retail products based on client needs
Helping create an exceptional client experience from start to finish
Qualifications:
Friendly, polished, and comfortable working with the public
Dependable and detail-oriented
Strong organizational and communication skills
Excellent spoken and written English skills
A willingness to learn and become knowledgeable about medical aesthetic treatments and skincare products
Experience in medical aesthetics is considered a strong asset
Previous experience in sales or client service is an asset
