We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Front Desk Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, answering phones, handling company inquiries.
Responsibilities :
Should have good computer skills.
Should have good communication skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
Ability to efficiently interact through phone & emails.
Keep records of interactions and transactions of customer; keeping record of details of customer
Good typing and writing skills
Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
