Job Description
. Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers.
· Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
· Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.
· Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
· Attending walk-in customers and getting forms filled by them.
· Assist them in completing all the initial paperwork.
· Fixing appointments of the clients with the sales team.
· Give them a comment card and ask them for their valuable feedback regarding the property.
· Filing customer wise in hard copies
· Coordinate with housekeeping for clearing of rooms.
· Collect Guest feedback during guest departure along with his likes and dislikes.
· Maintain up-to date information on room rates, current promotions, offers and packages
· Good command of over languages, both written and verbal
· Must possess strong organization time management skills, attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,741.53 per month
