About the Role
Join our Head Office Admin Team and take charge of day-to-day administrative and front-desk operations.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the complete billing process: PR, GRN, Service Entry in SAP, vendor coordination, and record maintenance.
• Maintain attendance, in/out timings, and leave records based on biometric data.
• Handle front-desk operations including calls, visitors, hospitality, and admin coordination.
• Oversee courier inward/outward entries and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• Manage ID and visiting cards, stationery distribution, and new joiner biometric registration.
• Support IT requisition tracking and related SAP entries.
• Assist with general office administration and other assigned tasks.Key Skills
• Experience as a Receptionist or Admin Executive.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Organized, multitasking, and proactive.
