Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in office software.
Duties
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
Manage incoming phone calls using multi-line phone systems, directing calls as necessary.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring it is clean and welcoming.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
Utilize Google Workspace for scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and creating documents.
Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as needed.
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
Support office staff with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
Previous experience in an office or front desk role is preferred.
Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
Strong attention to detail with proofreading capabilities.
