Job Description
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our patients and visitors. You will be the first point of contact for our hospital and will be expected to handle all incoming calls and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Good command in English
• Pleasant personality
• Minimum 3-5 Years experience in Healthcare sector.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department.
• Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient records.
• Ensure that all patient information is kept confidential.
• Handling OPD, IPD and emergency patients.
• Handling Admission and Discharge Process.
• OPD & IPD Billing.
• Collect payments and maintain patients account.
• Assisting patients with completing necessary forms and documentation.
• To make a daily report mentioning
Qualifications:
• Graduation and Above.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
