Full job description
Warmly welcome clients, vendors, and guests with professionalism and etiquette
Manage front office operations and maintain a polished reception area
Handle incoming calls and emails with courtesy and accuracy
Prepare and manage client quotations and project estimates
Coordinate GST invoicing and maintain related records
Maintain appointment schedules for designers, architects, and management
Assist in documentation, data entry, and day-to-day administrative tasks
Uphold confidentiality, punctuality, and high moral standards in all interactions
Support client communication with a problem-solving and service-oriented approach
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
