Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Executive at Vasanthan Baskaran in Chennai. The Front Desk Executive will be responsible for receptionist duties, customer service, and maintaining communication with clients and visitors on a daily basis.

Office books and records have to be maintained. Executive will be also given the role of accountant.

Qualifications
• Interpersonal Skills, Phone Etiquette, and Communication skills
• Experience in Receptionist Duties and Customer Service
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Previous experience in a legal or professional services environment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Proficiency in accounting and book keeping
• Skill in Copying and data entry
