Job Type: Full-Time Contract
Pay: Starting from £13.00 per hour + Monthly Performance Bonus

We are a high-performing healthcare clinic located just 2 minutes from Victoria Station (Cardinal Place exit). Our focus is on delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced and friendly environment.

We’re currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Desk Receptionist/Admin assistant to join our close-knit team. This is a key role that supports both patients and practitioners, so we're looking for someone proactive, reliable, and committed to delivering excellent service.

You must have at least 1 year of experience working in a medical, healthcare, or similar reception/administrative role.

Essential Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical, healthcare, or similar receptionist/admin role (private practice experience is a plus).
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
Confident and professional telephone manner.
High level of IT literacy (booking systems, email, MS Office, etc.).
Reliable, positive, and team-focused attitude.
Commitment to a long-term role and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities

Provide a high-quality front-of-house service to all patients and visitors.
Manage a busy schedule, book appointments, and follow up with patients.
Coordinate with practitioners and consultants to ensure smooth daily operations.
Perform general administrative tasks including email communication and data entry.
Assist with marketing tasks — including outbound calls to introduce clinic services and schedule new patient appointments.
Monitor stock levels and inform management of orders or shortages.
Follow clinic policies and procedures and support basic equipment maintenance checks.
Handle and escalate patient feedback or complaints appropriately.
Provide support to the Practice Manager as required.
Working Hours

Full-time role (37.5 to 40 hours per week).
Rotating shifts between 8:00am – 8:30pm:
Morning Shift: 8:00am – 4:00pm
Evening Shift: 12:30pm – 8:30pm
Monthly rota provided in advance.
Flexibility to cover holidays or staff sickness is required.
