Beacon Hotels, a part of the Concept Hospitality Group, has launched a new premium property at Atal Path, Patna, located near the serene banks of the River Ganges. We are building a hotel driven by strong operations, disciplined workforce management, and consistent guest experience—and assembling a high-performance team from day one.
Position: Front Desk Associate
We are looking for a smart, well-groomed, and customer-focused Front Desk Associate who will be the face of our hotel and create a memorable first impression for guests.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude
Handle check-ins and check-outs smoothly
Manage reservations (walk-ins, calls, online bookings)
Answer guest queries and provide local information
Coordinate with housekeeping & F&B team
Maintain front desk records and billing
Requirements
Graduate / Diploma in Hospitality preferred
Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
Presentable personality & positive attitude
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / PMS)
Freshers can apply (experience is a plus)
Shift Timing
Rotational shifts (morning / evening / night)
