The Holiday Inn Express & Suites is located on 7815 Kent Blvd, Brockville, ON. Independently owned and operated by R & DQ Enterprises Ltd., our hotel is looking for a friendly and professional people to join our team.
At the moment we’re looking for Front Desk Agents.
In this position, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Process telephone calls.
Take/Cancel/Change room reservations.
Register arriving guests and assign rooms.
Provide information on hotel facilities and services.
Provide information about services available in the community.
Process Wake-up calls.
Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments.
Experience in Sales and Customer Service is an asset.
Flexible to work all necessary shifts (7-3, 3-11, 11-7)
Hospitality experience considered an asset
Qualifications
Ideally, you will have 1-2 years of experience, with relevant school/college qualifications.
