Job description
We are looking for a reliable and smart room attendant to join our hospitality team in order to provide excellent customer service to our hotel guests.
Room attendant responsibilities include cleaning rooms, making beds and replenishing linens.
Ultimately, you will ensure our rooms are clean and inviting at all times so our guests will have a memorable stay.
Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms as assigned, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and replacing amenities
- Ensure all assigned rooms are clean and tidy by the end of the shift
- Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
- Observe and report damage of hotel property
- Restock all guest room supplies, like soap and shampoo
- Handle reasonable guests complaints/requests and inform others when required.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience or similar role preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques and methods
- Ability to work without direct supervision and maintain a high level of performance
- Guest-oriented and friendly
- High school diploma or equivalent is a plus
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Responsibilities :
Provide assistance to hotel guests by handling check-in and check-out processes.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and concerns.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided regarding hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
Collaborate with the on-site hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Maintain a high level of empathy, patience, and customer service while addressing guest needs.
Requirements :
Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
Prior customer service experience is a plus
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in using virtual communication tools.
